Mission Moment

Compassion Sunday:
On October 16 we will be introducing you to a new partnership with Compassion International. Through them, we are partnering with 2 churches in Ethiopia to sponsor their 300+ children that they minister to daily. All of these children and their families are in deep poverty and desperate need for help. Your monthly sponsorship of one child will help to bring light to this very dark corner of the world.

NWA for the Nations:
NWA For The Nations is THE place for churches, campus ministries, & all believers of Northwest Arkansas to unify, equip, & connect the body of Christ to finish the Great Commission for God's glory among the nations. This conference is the place where the body of Christ in NWA can network, grow, & get specific training from the experts in their field. This two-day conference begins Friday night, October 21st and continues Saturday the 22nd. This year's conference is hosted at Christian Life Cathedral in Fayetteville. A new addition to this year's conference is will be offering childcare. We have great speakers to motivate you with God's word & special breakouts to help you find your place in what God is doing to reach the ends of the earth.

Go Day:
Go Day is our annual mission Sunday that happens in October. The purpose is to bring awareness to our church about all of our different mission partnerships and to challenge people to action by signing up for a mission trip, being a part of a prayer team, etc. The partnership booth fair will be held in the Activities Building immediately following the morning worship service. Everyone is invited. We will have different kinds of ethnic food and drink to try, and there will be activities for the kids.
