Community Rescue Mission

The Community Rescue Mission is a faith-based, nonprofit shelter and transitional housing for families with children. They do so much more than just provide a meal and a roof—they also provide discipleship in the form of basic skills classes, provide some transportation to job interviews, case management, and give their children a safe place to be a kid. WHY?

The reason that our church partners with this organization is because they are confronting homelessness correctly and have the fruit to prove it. Homelessness has become a huge problem in the Fort Smith area over the past few years, but it cannot be solved simply by giving people material goods and services. CRM provides the biblical solution by pouring into their lives and requiring the clients to participate in their own success.
