Mission Moment

Many of you know our former youth pastor, Josh Hargett, Nan and the kids left to move to Colorado Springs and replant First Southern Baptist Church there in the heart of the city. This church used to be a thriving fellowship, but over the last number of years had experienced dramatic decline. Instead of closing their doors and selling the building, they agreed to bring in Josh in partnership with our church and others to attempt to relaunch the church. It has been a tough road, but they are seeing new people come in and people placing their faith and trust in Jesus.

About a year ago, Brennan and Hannah Ward joined the team there to lead the worship and help with young people. Hear from Brennan as he shares a brief update on how the church is doing.
