I want to thank each of you who has given faithfully throughout the summer months, because your support helped us reach our goal of fully funding the Ministry Budget during these 16 weeks. Our 16-week summer financial goal was $900,000, and you gave $962,155. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to reaching people for Christ.

This coming Sunday, I am preaching on this subject: This Is What Following Jesus Looks Like. Please invite someone to church with you, whether Christian or non-Christian, God will use these words in a great way. Pray for Sunday. Pray for me as I complete my preparation.

We are willing and wanting to baptize people each Sunday. Pray for the Lord of the Harvest to bring people. In addition, we are naming Sunday, September 20th, as Baptism Sunday! We have many people of all ages awaiting baptism. If this is you, please sign up now to be baptized next Sunday Morning! If you have met Jesus Christ and still need to be baptized, join us on September 20th at our 10:30 AM worship service by emailing chad@gabc.church. Invite friends and family members to experience this special occasion with you.

Leading up to Baptism Sunday, invite people who need Jesus in a personal way. I will be preaching an evangelistic message, so if we have lost people in the room, Jesus may save them! Pray and invite!

I want to encourage our laypeople serving in various roles in our church to consider taking a day away and coming to Cross Church at the Pinnacle Hills Campus to attend the Called to Lead conference on Monday, September 14th. You can attend one breakout session at 10:00 AM, and then we will all attend the conference from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This experience is free and lunch is included. Anyone can attend, and many churches from within three hours of Rogers, Arkansas, will be represented. You will love it! It will be inspiring and equip you to walk with the Lord and build the church of Jesus. You can sign up by clicking here. Our staff team will be attending, so we hope to see you there too.

Additionally, as a bonus, come up on Sunday night to Cross Church Pinnacle Hills for a great night of worship and preaching on September 13th at 5:00 PM. You will not regret coming to this dynamic night and then staying over for the conference on Monday.
